Gluten sensitivity….maybe not….

….here’s a nutritionist that makes the point that gluten has been around for thousands of years.  While all the gluten sensitivity now?

(To be honest, I suspected it was one of those yuppie diseases).

    Very interesting article–at some point in time people will wake up to the fact that they are sick because of what they eat. The market for healthy food is going to explode and be very profitable for those prepared to take advantage of it.
