Fascinating link. Quite different from my Uncle’s 25 head dairy I visited as a kid. Hard to get my head around 32,000 cows on one property. I was impressed with the apparent cleanliness of Fair Oaks Farm, which is in contrast to a lot of the dairy farms I see locally as well as various TV shows (e.g. “The Incredible Dr. Poll”), or even my Uncle’s farm.
Of course, I’m much more in favor of the local producer. Thanks for the link.
