Little X2 wasn’t going to let anything interrupt her\"\"<\/p>\n

very first breakfast!\u00a0 She’s less than an hour old and that all-important first drink is colostrum, packed with the anti-bodies that give her all the immunities to protect her in her vulnerable early weeks.\u00a0 We love to see a new one jump right up and begin nursing.\u00a0 We love it, too, when they have a nice, thick rump like X2.<\/p>\n

These two mamas were born just days apart at Thistle Hill Farm exactly three years ago.\u00a0\u00a0They’ve been inseparable since birth, always grazing side by side and sleeping next to each other.\u00a0 This week they had their babies three days apart.\u00a0 Don’t they have lots to talk about?!<\/p>\n
