Others can have their filet or rib eye but no steak tastes better to me than the Delmonico!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church liberated a couple of Delmonicos from the freezer the other day\u2026and started with a short marinade.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He followed with his favorite cooking method which is Sous Vide and then a quick flash searing on the grill.  The result using that technique is a perfect steak every time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thistlehill.net\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Steak2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thistlehill.net\/wpblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Steak2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Delmonicos\" class=\"wp-image-6104\" width=\"195\" height=\"281\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve wondered, the Delmonico was introduced at a New York restaurant of the same name back in the 1800s.
